- Event & Participation Information: bib number, race timing, race results, category/ranking information, check-in/check-out information, participation status, photos and videos, and event-related interactions and records.
- Communications: information contained in emails, WhatsApp messages, phone conversations, website forms, customer support requests and social media communications.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, approximate location derived from technical information, date and time of visits, referring pages and website interaction data. 3. How We Use Your Information
- Event Registration & Administration: processing your registration, confirming your participation, issuing race bibs, managing race categories, managing participant lists, recording race results and providing event-related services.

4. Photography & Videography
- Glade Runner is a public sporting event and may be photographed, filmed and recorded.
